Airport Area Development Council
The Airport Area Development Council is a not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to support the growth of new and existing companies, and to encourage entrepreneurial activity in the Pittsburgh Airport Area. CL Fund
The CL Fund is a $16,000,000 fund that works to increase employment and expand economic opportunity in Southwestern Pennsylvania by:
Investing in companies, with a strong entrepreneurial management team, that bring new income into the region, grow profitably, and therefore, add quality employment.

CO-OP
The Corporation for Owner-Operator Projects, (CO-OP), incorporated in 1984, is a unique non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating entrepreneurial development and job creation and retention in Beaver County.

The CO-OP assists new and growing businesses with expected annual sales revenue of less than $2.5 million by providing consulting, counseling and financial services.

Small Business Development Center of Duquesne University (SBDC)
The SBDC is a member of a statewide consortium of college and university-based centers designed to provide comprehensive management and technical assistance to the small business community in Pennsylvania. The program is jointly funded by the US Small Business Administration, Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and public and private agencies.

The Duquesne University Chrysler Corporation SBDC offers both one-to-one and team consulting to identify and address the problems of small business clients. The SBDC consultants provide management counseling tailored to fit the needs of small business clients in southwestern Pennsylvania. In addition to General Management consulting, both International and Environmental consulting are available.

Through meetings with consultants, small business owners receive expert and specialized guidance at no charge in the various aspects of starting, operating, and growing a business.
